Got some lame news at work. They are rearranging a bunch of positions along with their associated schedules. Well, I got the crappy news that I now have to work every other Saturday, meaning I will miss the 5K that I was hoping to run in a few weeks.

Time to pull out the guide book and start looking for events that fit into my latest schedule. Bummed, but not giving up.

I am gonna go for a run to make myself feel better.
