Went out for a light run today. It was a very nice day, but I have been tired all day for some reason and I wasn't really in the mood to push it. Just did a light 3 miles and called it good enough.

The last few days I have tried something a little different in my training. Instead of my usual randomly running around the streets of my town I decided to go over to the college near my house and run on their track.
Like most runners, experienced and novice, I log my runs. I have nothing record breaking to report, but I am happy to say I am really starting to notice the improvements in my times, distances, and how I feel both day to day and after my runs.
Well, the days have gone on from the news of my schedule changes has passed to better news and moods.

Got some lame news at work. They are rearranging a bunch of positions along with their associated schedules. Well, I got the crappy news that I now have to work every other Saturday, meaning I will miss the 5K that I was hoping to run in a few weeks.
