After not being able to run or excercise at all for two weeks, I decided to suck it up and run it anyway. The course was fairly level, as one would expect at the Jersey shore.

My time was certainly not what I was striving for at 33:18. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far in my brief running career.

I am already signed up for my next 5K, the Giants Draft Day 5K at Giants stadium in a few weeks.
